I want to apologize to everyone on hornfans. This game was entirely my fault. I watched the game on a different tv from the one I have watched the games on all year, until the overtime. Texas definitely plays better on my main tv. Not that I’m superstitious or anything.

Yep, Sark decided to give it away by throwing an interception right when the Texas run game starts working and we just need to run out the clock. Yes, I blame Sark for calling a low % play with a high % chance for an interception. 2nd and 4, a couple more 1st downs and the game is over.

Defense HAS to get some help. They gave up 510 yards because our wonderful offense kept them on the field far too much of the game.

I don't see a huge rush output against Ohio State and probably not against Oregon, who we know can score a LOT and very quick! That means Sark had BETTER find ways to control the clock.

You let your emotions form your opinion. Ewers. 20/30 322 yards avg 10.8 per throw 3 TDs (and a 2pt TD) 1 int—— other guy. 24/46 222 yards avg 4.8 yards per throw ; 0 TDS 1 int.

If we play a game like that vs our next opponent, it will be an ugly outcome for us. Penalties. Poor play calling. No run game. Fake punts allowed. Turnovers. Missed FGs. No show in the 3rd quarter. These are not hallmarks of championship teams.

We have to clean this stuff up (which have been present throughout the season) or we’ll get smoked.
