We had a spring training, right?

We had summer practices, right?

Wtf were our coaches doing with the players at those opportunities? Strength and Conditioning seems to be an issue as well

You seem to be forgetting that the opposition has spring and summer practices also. Plus they have S&C coaches. And they have scholarship players too.
Now if they didn't have spring and summer practices and S&C coaches and scholarship players then i think we would be entitled to a win!

My point exactly. Our staff has done nothing with the roster. We've out recruited 3 of the 4 teams we've lost to. What do we have to show for it?

Even more concerning, we're 8 games in and I don't see improvement. At all.
