Arch Wows Sark

The Old Mack’s Still Got It

"Mack Brown stepped onto the Longhorn team bus one afternoon in 2005, held up an iPod and announced he was listening to 50 Cent."
I didn't even know...just messin around because I remembered VY loved this song "Tha King" by T.I. and they always played it during warm ups.
Probably a bad idea the Baylor PA guys played that song in '04'05 in Waco pregame...I was with my son...VY started dancing and getting loose...and my son and I said uh-oh big mistake..
..then he proceeded to light them on fire for more points than a 4th grader can count

Landing Arch Manning would be huge. What a way to enter the SEC...

Losing the 3rd game in a row the way we did really made me a Debbie Downer.....Negative Nancy....Derogatory Dave.....

Landing Arch would just mean another elite qb running for his life and throwing to receivers with stone hands...no matter who else we land. On the bright side I think he would hit those wide open stone handed receivers in stride much more often giving us a higher chance of completion than the 10% chance we currently have.

True. Focus needs to be on linemen.

I can't believe there are people on this board that actually think that this is still a possibility. Comical.
Well, put me in the “possibility” camp. We can’t get into Arch’s head so we can only speculate. Does he want to be just the next QB in a football factory, or the transcendent player credited with changing the trajectory of a once great program? The latter would be more appealing to me, and have a legacy associated with it.

Additionally, if his fondness of Sark is as speculated, that will factor in big-time.

Count me as one who says it is a probability, at this point, especially moreso if we get some good o-linemen in '22.
We are in contention each game! We just need that last push to get into the endzone and Manning may feel he is the one to do it.
And i think Sark's relationship with Manning will get it done.
But also i am a fan of Devin Brown. I think he is a difference maker. I opine that he is better than Card.
And speaking of Card i have not given up hope in Card.

One thing I know is that we **** the bed almost every year, yet almost every year we end up with a top 10 recruiting class. I have no idea how we do it other than name and facilities because it sure isn't player development and results. Because of that I'm going to say yes we are still in it with Arch and everything I've read gives us a very slight lead.

Gotta disagree. If Sark has to have “his players” to field a “competitive team,” he’s not the coach most of us thought he was.
He's so far proven to be exactly the coach I thought he was. And I said it multiple times for the record.

We had a spring training, right?

We had summer practices, right?

Wtf were our coaches doing with the players at those opportunities? Strength and Conditioning seems to be an issue as well
