America is lost...

What’s the legal justification for squatting? Old English law? Somebody help me understand.

i don't know if it is just me but i feel like MSM is going out of its way to create a rift between young and old American's. I feel like I'm constantly reading narratives like "millennials are saying a big NO to these boomer things" and vice versa. I don't think a country can survive this type of "eat your own" approach.

There is none. They basically move in then fake a lease. Police can’t remove them and refer it to the courts. They then know how to delay the hearings.

My ex wife’s family had a member who did this slightly differently. She would rent for one month then refuse to leave requiring a long eviction process.

Basically if you are broke poor, it’s hard to come after you because you have no money to file a lien against, sue, etc.

Wow - what a stupid response. The law is aimed at the parents and other adults, who are often “filth” that use kids for political purposes. Also, how is whipping out your Wang in the girls locker room “trying to belong”?

On the other side was Democratic state Sen. Julie Mayfield, who called the women’s sports bill a “terrible idea” and “completely unnecessary,” given the tiny number of transgender athletes who have sought to play on women’s teams.
“They are not trying to destroy women’s sports. They are not evil or deranged or even misguided. And they are certainly not filth,” she said. “They are just children trying to find their way, trying to find acceptance and support, trying to participate as their peers do, trying to belong.”

N.C. bans biological men in female sports, medical transitions for minors in veto overrides

I'm not so sure about this story. The details are very sketchy, and from what I've read, they were fighting about politics but that the kid was (1) slobbering drunk (.20 BAC) and (2) blocking the guy's vehicle and trying to keep him from leaving. Whether we're talking about BLM or Antifa people, I'm pretty unsympathetic to people who do this.

True but this guy knew the victim and had recourse with authorities (lived in a small city). Very different than being accosted by strangers in a big city.
