I would think that Lincoln and Chip and whoever is now at Oregon would be able to lock down CA. I just wish Texas could get back to locking down our own state. We are letting far too many high quality players leave either from poor eval under binder boy or from not winning under all the last 3. Hope this year will fix the winning and turn this around!!
