Okay, I have been reading about Harris EC strategy:
1. It acknowledges that Harris is behind in PA and will likely not win it.
2. Thus how to win? Harris must win GA, MI, WI, AZ. Basically it’s her only path if she loses PA.
3. How can Trump win if he loses GA? He reaches 271 EV if he wins PA (assumed), AZ, and NV.
4. Scenarios above assumes Trump wins NC.

As you can see, Trump has the EC advantage because for whatever reason, PA has been leaning Trump all year.
