This should be music to the ears of opponents of NIL. If you want a business, idea, or group to fail there are three groups you can involve that will insure it will FAIL.

#1 on that list is the federal government. This would be the same group that foreclosed on a brothel in Nevada. All the place did was sell sex & booze. The feds lost money and eventually bankrupt the business.

This is the quickest way to put an end to NIL.

Totally agree Sabre. This mess started because of the Supreme court (fed govt. in wolf’s clothing) let it be crushed by it’s maker, the government.

These players thought they were going to get rich. In reality they will have to pay a staff to deal with the regulations. On return flights from away games, instead of sleeping, the players will be busy doing their expense reports and approving paychecks like the rest of us scrubs.
 
Even when they try to help they fail ... you cannot make punitive rules retroactive ... cue the lawsuits in 3, 2, 1 ... the NCAA will lose again ... embarrassingly incompetent

Every time I think the people in Indianapolis can't possibly get any dumber.

DKR & Coach Broyles proposed in the late 60s that the "big boys" leave and form their own governing body. Should have happened then; should have happened every year since then; hopefully soon.
 
That can’t possibly be right. Can’t transfer from the “black Harvard” across the railroad tracks to FSU? That would be a first The joke has always been that players who didn’t qualify at FAMU settled on going to FSU.
