Him and Bilingsley now have to sit out a year right? I love Kellen but Davis, Billingsley, and Hall have been huge flops. I feel lesson has been learned on "upside" vs. "proven on field results" with Texas and the transfer portal. I actually like the slow approach and no longer targeting 5 star high school recruits who don't play and are transferring. See Brockemeyer....
