I don't know who's pinning this solely on Vic but I know who isn't... me. At the end of the day, however, every aspect of this program has his name on it. Having paid close attention to him for a number of recent years I think that, if in fact he's not getting the necessary support from those above his pay grade, he won't stick around too long. He's a wealthy man and seems to really enjoy his family and life outside of his profession when time permits. If the powers that be are not willing to compete with the top NIL schools they probably better start putting together their short list.
this!! I would be willing to bet CDC(whom i love) is more to blame than Vic. I don’t see nearly the same level of effort advertising women sports like he does men’s sports. I love CDC and wish the leadership puts women sports at UT at the top with NIL cause history shows women sports have carried this university in more ways than just championships.
