2022 Recruiting - Football

I'm aware of the running joke. Not sure it doesn't have a little to do with us not performing on the field in the recent past.
 
OL Earnest Greene III of Bellflower, CA told 247 recently that he definitely wants to try to get back to Austin for an official visit this fall.

 
247 was also told that OL Kam Dewberry of Humble Atascocita will be in attendance at the recruiting event.

 
It'seither:

A. It would look bad not to invite him. This party was probably thrown out in a conversation back when UT still had a shot.

B. Staff thinks there's still a shot with the guy.

C. Hail Mary!

He did mention that tOSU was his " dream school". So we have that going for us.

Even if a recruit commits somewhere else the portal may send him back. Perhaps playing time would be a key factor. Of course ya'll know this. But I am just sayin.

I can't imagine being that age and going to Austin for a pool party...wait, never mind. I did! I stowed away with my buddy's older brother on a summer trip at about that age. 'Cept the pool was at Hippy Hollow. Also did some sprints and ran bleachers at DKR. But that was back when you could just walk out on the field. Pretty sure no coaches observed me working out tho'
