2022 Recruiting - Football

I think the guys at OB brought up Ryan Watts today. Is there real smoke here ? He’s a 2020 from Little Elm and would be an immediate impact player.

Obviously I have no insight, but I am thinking he lands here.
I have read somewhere he is a Texas target and has a relationship with Joseph.
With the losses at DB, he has a great chance to play here.
Being from Texas has to be a plus for him as well.

Lots of people love Watts' size and ability. I am concerned about his lack of speed. Hard to be a lockdown corner running a 4.6.

I read that he has talks with UT everyday...he is so far interested in UT, LSU and Bama.

Nothing in my post remotely suggested anything about Burton having a close relationship with Sarkisian. That attempt at a red herring gets a D-.

I keep batting 1000% with you and now I hang my head in shame.
Your strong emotions toward me lead me to believe that Bobby’s podcast was absolute gospel from an inside source and not to be questioned.
My mistake.
I deserve the IDE grade and will try to do better.

Look! DEMAS was 6 star (Jk) and they can’t get him the ball! Stewart is in for the loooong haul!

I do believe Haynes King is the real deal…..soooo…there’s that!

Does anyone have insight on Lance St Louis? Seems odd we would "waste" a scholarship on a 2 star small sized long snapper specialist. I don't recall having any problems ever with long snaps. Why would we do this?

Special Teams Value and I'm sure a Banks "wish list" player. Even though he is rated 2-stars, he's ranked the #2 long snapper in the country. His dad was a NFL long snapper, so he's considered a specialist.

Demas was the only current roster player I wanted that the agroids got. And as Hoffhorn mentioned, he hasn’t seen much action. I expect them to continue their quest to never win an SEC title even with the new class.
But if they do indeed get Harris and Perkins, that will make 2 more I wanted for the horns. So that would sting.

What is the deal on them getting Nolen out of TN? That smells like Jackie’s old white envelopes full of cash days.

Possibly "silent" signs .. heard that Earnest Greene and Larry Turner-Gooden would be signing today .. but won't announce until the Jan. 8th All Star Game ... both were leaning Texas (not 100%) . I'm not sure of anyone else expected to sign today that we were recruiting
