2022 Recruiting - Football

Word is that Parterson was/ is pushing that we didn't show him as much love as we are Harris narrative. Man I hope we kick saggy pants's arse in a major way next week.
I think we’ll stay after him. Patterson’s going to be sweating this one til signing day.

We can be assured that if Covid could dumpster the 2920 season, the SEC will have a plan B to accommodate 2022, plan C for 2023, and plan D for 2024 to have OU and UT included. The hosted lay-down games all have an out clause that would be minor compared to expanded league games. This year’s Arkansas game was a delayed ‘home & home’ that got deferred a few years ago. All these ‘new’ Big-12 teams have schedules to be dealt with. If we were to play them, all next year and 2023 schedules would need address. ‘Follow-the-money’ hasn’t failed me yet. Not in years.

SEC has already announced their 2022 schedule. Earliest we start play is '23.

The scenario is still that we plan to announce early entry into the SEC the week of the OU game. Not sure but most likely OU will announce the same.

SEC just released next year's schedule. We're not on it (except for OOC game with Bama).
Some SEC mods believe it's posturing on the SEC's part so Bowlsby can't claim SEC pushed the early exit by UT and OU and file a lawsuit.

IMO, if Texas and OU want in next year, SEC will make it happen.
We'll see how it plays out.

CNB,

For the umpteenth time, I hope Texas & OU finish 1 & 2 in conference and tell that moron the shove his CCG so far up his *** that it causes Chuckie NeinASS to cough.
