2022 House and Senate election

It's because of my preferences. Obviously, this is putting aside all morality and considering only the superficial, but if I was going to hook up with a celebrity chick, it would be Salma Hayek especially in the late '90s and early 2000s (though for her age, she is still stunning). She's brunette and busty, and though she's not heavy, she has a nice, round, and reasonably ample rear that one can really enjoy. Well, Farrah Fawcett is pretty far from that. She was blonde, very thin, and not particularly busty. That's not gonna be my style. Somewhat ironically, I married a natural blonde, but her bod resembles Salma's more than Farrah's.
Objection over ruled. Counselor you are about to be sanctioned with additional sponsorship funds.

Walker is down 10 pts to Warnock. uggh! we need that seat. This is what happens when you endorse an unvetted and untested candidate just because he's "loyal".

Also not looking great for Gov seat. Abrams is a solid politician (kind of a non-compliment). saw her this weekend on Fox and she was pretty good at dodging and spinning the questions they threw at her. (i think it was Bream). Or it could be said that Bream was not very good at asking the questions.

It depends on the poll you're looking at. Most don't show Warnock ahead by that much. Link. Nevertheless, your point is well-taken. I'm feeling less and less confident about flipping the Senate mainly because we're putting up garbage candidates. We should be able to flip Georgia and Arizona, and there's a very good chance that neither will happen. We should be able to hold Pennsylvania, and that is looking less than promising. We might flip Nevada, which would be great, but if we lose Pennsylvania and fail to flip Georgia or Arizona, that's breaking even, which would be a terrible performance given the current political environment. If we also lose Wisconsin (probably won't happen but not out of the question), that would be the most underachieving political performance of my adult life.

Most of the time, I think Republicans like losing, and I mean R candidates not voters. It's easier to fund raise when you get to say, "Look how bad the others are operating!" When you're elected, then you have the hard job to improve the economy and lives of people.

Meanwhile inflation up to 9.1% and the first lady is comparing Hispanics to breakfast tacos. You can’t make this up.

I think the Republicans can use that comment to accuse the Ds of racism too. Maybe it wouldn't help. But that was at least as racist as anything Trump said.

I know it is tempting to use these things as ammo against Dem's but the other side of the coin is that this feeds into the "America is racist" narrative and the constant identity politics that has become so much of a problem. I know it is tough to let an opportunity like this go, but i hope that we do. I would so much prefer the GOP stick to issues rather than "gotchas", particularly when it adds credence to identity politics.

There's a right way and a wrong way. I wouldn't really ask about it or press it. I'd just find ways to promote the distribution of videos of these kinds of dumbass statements online and elsewhere and let the idiocy speak for itself.

Last major dem bill is dead. Congress is out for August and when they return after Labor Day, it’s election season.
