2022 Fall season

I hope the start is Parra's to lose at this point. She can be a 6 rotation player. She has a great serve, she plays defense well, and we all know about her hitting. I see more consistence there than with Skinner.

I still like Madi as our future 6 rotation player. But she must play her way back. I like the way it appears Coach runs this program. Playing time is earned. I'm sure all players in the program know this before they come here.

My ideal lineup is now Parra and Eggleston on the outside with Skinner on the right and Phillips in the middle. Phillips is great but out of system not so much and Skinner is just a natural right side. Phillips and O’Neal in the middle would be a great combo especially with the improvement of Phillips power.

After tonight’s sweep of High Point, Texas(8-0) is one of just 8 undefeated programs left in D1 joined by:

Jacksonville State (12-0)
Towson (10-0)
Valparaiso (11-0)
Auburn (9-0)
Penn St (9-0)
UCF (7-0) who beat ranked KU today
Hampton (3-0)

Coincidentally Jacksonville State plays Auburn and Towson plays Hampton twice tomorrow and Sunday so at least 2 of the 8 will lose this weekend.

It was nice to see Skinner have a great game and totally unfazed by the off night in the Houston match. I’m just glad I don’t have to make playing time decisions for this talented team, but I bet the coaching staff is not complaining.

Beat Kansas!

You are without a doubt talking about Paulina Prieto Cerame Heavy Heavy Arm but I think Parra is better. I pick we go a more pro style lineup if we can maintain this. rotate the 3 MB and also rotate skinner and parra depending on the matchup along with skinner on the right rotating with Molly. It’s unconventional but I think it could work since the end goal is natty. Everybody would be rested and ready which is deadly

It's fun to watch some of the in-game moves that switch Molly to the pin and Parra opposite. I saw Egglestone hit from opposite as well. That makes any rotation hard to defend.

SKT really struggled the first two sets but played very well sets 3-5. That was the difference in every set. Madisen Skinner played out of her mind.

Glad we pulled it out, hook ‘em

Texas reached deep and ripped their heart out right thru their thorax! Kansas looked devastated by our comeback and that loss. Anyone notice during the post game interview with Eggleston 2 Kansas students walked behind her and dropped the Horns down? Bahahahahahaha !
I Love Texas!

I noticed Phillips was missing. Not sure if Parra or Enmark(Cal transfer) is taking her place. I was wondering if Phillips was nursing some sort of nagging injury or just coach’s decision.
