She ain't going nowhere... KM is almost 60 and steady racking up wins at the pretty much guaranteed rate of 30 wins every season. You know she's most likely chasing that 1,000 mark, so I don't see her sacrificing that for some who knows how many rebuilding years at another university.
I read that there is a bit of contention right now regarding Baylor's new basketball facility to be broken ground on next year. It seems there are some donors who want to put the new location in downtown Waco, which Kim is vehemently against... She wants it on campus near the Ferrell Center. If anything she may be jocking for more power regarding that decision.

Have you heard/read who LSU is looking at?
 
She is both considering LSU and pushing for a raise at BU in the event that she decides to stay.

I have long said that if she ever left BU it would be for either Tenn or LSU. There are still kids she cant get (nationally) because Waco and Baylor are not appealing. LSU in its prime could recruit nationally with the best of them

If you look at the Baylor WBB forum Kim wants new facilities. My guess is she wouldn't leave BU and using this as a power play for leverage. Kim likes winning too much, in my opinion, to start a rebuild. We still 1 or 2 years away from competing with her, unless the portal does us right.

With the way the portal is setup now, a "rebuild" isn't what it used to be. Looking at our very own MBB team, you can build a contender in year 1. I would imagine that if she is going to move it would happen within the next 72 hours because kids are flying off the board left and right
 
I would think spending a couple more seasons under Graves at Oregon would be a better opportunity for career advancement than dropping down to be associate HC at Sac State. That’s 2 assistants that have left the Oregon staff in the last week (Campbell became Head Coach at Sac State). Lopez has been coaching guards at Oregon with some success (Ionescu).

 
I was skeptical of this retread hire when they brought him back. Maybe Clarice Akunwafo has a change of heart and asks for her release.

The reason I find this hard to believe is because she is still recruiting players to Baylor as they literally just got the pg from Alabama. I also heard LSU offered a bunch of money to Mulkey recently. Will be interesting to see develop

There is some word going on in the coaching circles this is true. I would be shocked but apparently its legit. I don't follow twitter like some people do, but was told that a couple of players, including Smith, have unfollowed her on twitter.
 
If the May 1st deadline to enter the transfer portal is in effect this year, the next 10 days are going to be absolute pandemonium if KM bolts to LSU.

You're right! Smith is no longer following Mulkey and Gusters isn't as well. I'm sure more from the team aren't anymore but didn't feel like doing all of that. If that happens I would be in shock! If true I would assume Baylor players would be loyal to Baylor since they unfollowed Mulkey but if Smith happens to want to enter the portal...

Lol Rickea better hurry and pack it up and get this show on the road! Since the deadline is July 1st we should see some big news in the next week regarding our team. We would only have 13 on the roster next season and would basically be another season like this past one. Vic said he wants to be competing for a national championship so we definitely need some help to do that. I'm confident we will see some moves being made though and hopefully it starts with Cardoso

I think Smith would potentially end up at Duke. Her AAU coach Ray Caldwell preaches academics and already as a player there.
