She is in charge of counting the ballots.
I would absolutely love to hear the honorable and dutiful Ms. Hobbs articulate her reasoning/logic for such a view.

Even if the declaration of a Biden victory is found to be accurate, the call was premature, and it will make the effort to unify our nation far more difficult.
Like millions of voters from both sides of the political aisle, I’m sensitive to the need for a definitive election outcome, untainted by irregularities or allegations of fraud. Even with razor-thin margins separating the two candidates in key states, we should be able to arrive at a final result that both sides can accept.
President Trump is contesting the reported results in those states where the race is close, and the conduct of election officials and the processes used appear suspicious. He is clearly within his rights to contest the results; his supporters generally want him to do so. Allowing the legal process to run its course is the only way to foster the unity Biden seeks.
Unity is much less likely, however, when the media simply declares a winner before the matter is resolved. In 2012, many Republicans felt disappointed when Mitt Romney lost to President Obama. Very few felt cheated. That will not be the case in 2020 if the current president’s supporters believe that the media preempted the official process so as to disparage or prevent a full investigation of the president’s claims...."

Heard a few longtime pollsters talking about all of the halting of vote counting on election night and A. I suspect this isn't a controversy. What are the chances that the vaccine is being produced and staged for delivery in the US and Germany? My guess is that the vaccine being produced in the US will likely be used here while those vials being produced in Germany will be used in the EU.
Operation Warp Speed is more of a logistical operation than anything. Yes, there is some co-development with some vaccine manufacturers but that is simply $$$ and accelerated FDA approval. The primary value of Operation Warp Speed is the military dissemination of the vaccine quickly and safely around the US.

Thanks SH. I readily acknowledge that lobbyists are a part of government and politics on both sides.
In my view, Trump brought in more people cut from a different cloth for his administration... and at least had a healthier mix. He was, after all, not a politician ...and an outsider at least relative to political peers. Looks to me like ol Joe is planning on loading up.....sure he has many favors to repay after years of "service".

My personal view, lobbyists are some of the scourge of the earth. The revolving door between government, to lobbying and back is one of the most corrosive elements of our democracy, aside from politicians lying directly to the people. Still, I also recognizing our government couldn't operate if we didn't allow former lobbyists to hold government jobs.
True and funny story from my VERY liberal boss. His wife asked him to by some Cream Cheese, but not the HEB brand, get the Philadelphia brand to support the people of Philadelphia who got Biden elected. He asked why and her serious response was so money goes back to those people.

I believe not having more strict term limits, or rather, not having honorable enough elected officials to understand they should speedily and readily return to the private sector, is also a scourge on our country.

From what I have read Trump and his lawyers aren't even attacking the right thing. They are going after voting fraud, or fraud in tallying at the polls. There may be some but it will be small potatoes, not enough to change any results.
The real fraud is election fraud at the servers holding the data. Specifically for PA, one shift in the vote tally in the server gave ~38,000 vote advantage to Biden. That is more than half of Biden's lead. And the shift is visible on TV. There are ways of going back and seeing when the servers were pinged. If you could get a timestamp of the ~38,000 vote shift on the server, then characterize what happened in the system, you could identify what other illegitimate changes were made.
But Trump and his guys don't seem to even be aware. If not, he will lose. The fraud occurred by some unknown actor, probably in the Deep State, on the internet.

And at the exact moment in time when those swing states report as they did in 2016 and HRCs dreams melted down?

This was exactly my guess at the time for the coordinated "pause" in certain states. It's back in this thread somewhere. They paused because they needed to see how many votes they needed.
It was a modern version of an old story perhaps best exemplified by John Kennedy's question to Chicago political boss Richard Daley --
JFK - "How many votes can you get me?"

I think if the situation n PA does make it all the way to SCOTUS, assuming it has a complete and proper record, the Supremes may well whack all the late votes in that state, not just some of them. Which i think would be enough to give it to Trump
