To add information to this post, the Trump campaign has claimed they've filed a lawsuit to stop Michigan counting. State laws require access to monitoring, the campaign claims they've stopped being allowed "meaningful access" (note the wordsmithing) and have asked the court to stop counting and return to the point that they lost "meaningful access" which is watching the opening and counting of the votes. Not sure you can turn back time to the point the State opened the ballot which I'm sure the intent is to use that to toss out the ballots. Let's not assume the monitors were ever denied access to monitoring.

As for the Trump allegations, it definitely sounds as if they want to toss out ballots. I suppose they'd have to prove something changed at a certain point in time to have any shot at claiming "meaningful access" was impaired.

Biden is a made as instructed President. Sing the platform loudly. Veto any and all Republican bills. Nominate a Liberal judge (he will be told who to pick). Stretch executive orders as far as they can go.

Easy peasy.
 
I heard Biden is going to claim victory this afternoon
Seems premature but I doubt they are going for honesty and genuineness

And it does sound like Team Trump is claiming a win in PA (although his lead has been narrowing through the day, and they filed suit to stop the post-election magic vote trick by the Dems)
 
Trump supporters now gathering at the TCF Center in Detroit to stop the vote counting. This is dejavu to Miami-Dade County circa 2000. The only question is whether they were bussed to this location by the Republican party (like in 2000) or they arrived on their own after being pointed.

Yes, the remaining votes are supposed to be from R-areas. If that is true, then he is well within range

There are supposed to be at least 605k uncounted Arizona ballots left.
Trump is currently -93,509 votes
So he would need to capture 57.73% of the remaining vote
Team Trump says they can do it
And most media (NBC, ABC, CBS, NYT) have it as a toss up.

Edit - I have since seen that there are more like 650k uncounted ballots in AZ
Which throws even more shade on FOX's call on election night

This isnt just about Trump. It is clear all holding office who arent part of the machine will be treated the way Trump has from this point forward.
This is one of the most powerful and dangerous weapons they have demonstrated to wield....going back to Clinton then Bush.
Demonize and vilify all Rs holding office, saying nothing good and highlighting anything that can be misconstrued as bad and do the exact opposite for your people holding office....hide anything bad, cover for them, only highlight good... Spin the desired narrative both ways and you have quite a bit of influence.

It starts even before election day innocently with their praise of how handsome Bill or Barack is....how well he plays the saxophone, what a great orator, "hey he even plays basketball", etc ...and builds from there to angelic/savior porportion.
They ignore the radical ties or personal indiscretions, or shady dealings, or suspicious acquaintances while on the other hand twisting any and everything they can to paint opposing office holders in the worst possible light...blatantly and maliciously distorting truth, hiding anything positive, ignoring accomplishments, lying and deceiving to paint the desired image. And working in opposition to the elected leader and the good of the country as a whole for their own selfish desires. I call them traitors.
These are malicious, selfish, viscious people who lack basic moral fiber, character and integrity...and we've only just begun to see the beginning of what they will do when it comes to office and power and handling any opposition to their design.

I have been thinking about that. If he knows Biden is going to come out and make the claim, perhaps Trump should get in front of it

But this part sucks -- both AZ and NC are going to be the last to drag their butts over the finish line (not counting lawsuits)

Biden won New York by only 12.1% (to HRC's 22.49%)
Erie County (Buffalo) flipped to Trump 53-46 (was HRC 50-45)
Rs also took some New York House seats
Trump increased his margins in red upstate NY counties and flipped several more counties, such as Dem-leaning Clinton County (53-46, was HRC 47-45), Rockland County, Nassau County.

North Carolina has 117,000 outstanding absentee by mail ballots. That number will probably shrink between now and Nov. 12 as ballots come in or find people who voted on ED. And there is also an unknown number of "provisional ballots."
Trump’s current lead in NC is 76,737, and so Biden would need to win at least 83% of these ballots in order to flip.
We won't know results of those ballots until Nov 12 or 13

In addition, Tillis leads Cunningham by 96,707 votes, so Cunningham’s odds are even longer than Biden’s
