If you say an additional 100 ppm of CO2 in the atmosphere causes global warming, then it should follow that the additional CO2 will act as a fire retardant. Both arguments would be BS, but would be consistent.
 
Yes he perhaps should watch his words more carefully but weighing that against all he has done good for the country and world
And weighing THAT against the alternative Biden/ Harris prospect how can anyone who cares about our country have a choice?
Knowing the DMC will do and is doing every dirty trick it can how can anyone throw their vote away?

Harris indicated that it is really Harris/Biden.
 
They're making everybody think that Biden is going to debate, but at the last minute Joe will have to pull out for some yet to be determined reason.

He can barely handle the softballs they're lobbing up to the plate now. No way he can coherently answer tough questions about foreign policy and the economy.
 
I do not know why the republicans always allow a left leaning journalist to moderate the debates. I say let each candidate pick their journalist.

I could possibly see it, but if he pulled out it be the final nail in his coffin. He needs much more enthusiasm to beat DT and that first debate has become more important for him than the typical round one. Any meltdown, he's toast.

He doesn't really need to win the debate, just prove somehow he isn't JoeMentia. I think that's become the goal

A good possibility is Joe ducks out of debates 2,3 if he doesn't look like a complete fool in the eyes of MSM (why risk exposure if debate 1 isn't a complete failure). But if he sidesteps debate 1, it's become "a thing" even on cnn. He really cant afford that

I honestly believe the MSM and even many of the pundits on Fox News will give him a a pass if he backs out.

Pretty much agree except for Jake Tapper. He'll question it

The damage done by sitting out is it dampens the potential enthusiasm to vote for Joe, something he desperately needs going fwd. Right now there's not a lot of buzz for him among voters. MSM is doing what they can to prop him up but it's not working

He's the one who needs a shot in the political arm. Not Trump. Momentum is everything in elections, Hiden can't afford to go Hilary from here on
