Tomorrow, woodland hills.
Lufkin, or between there and Nacogdoches.
Played there a couple of times. I think the weather will be good Sat.
Hit em straight and where they mow as 6721 says...
WH is in nacogdoches proper, just south of the loop. The past 2 yrs it's been the best kept course within 70 miles, it'scome a long long way to what it is now.. Crown colony was in bad shape last I played it
First pitch Sat. Adrian Beltre to Hall of Famer: Ferguson Jenkins!
Tomorrow, woodland hills.
Home from Game One and words escape me to describe the volume and intensity of that game. I have never heard a baseball stadium as loud as Globe Life got in the bottom of the ninth and then again in the bottom of the eleventh. The Ranger bullpen so maligned in the lead up to this series stepped up and went 6 and 1/3 scoreless with Dunning, Bradford, Gray, Smith and LeClerc all toeing the rubber in relief to get clutch outs. Eovaldi had his first poor start of the post season but the offense found a way and the Rangers got a win that seemed improbable as we headed to the bottom of the ninth. Its just one win and getting to four is all that matters but this was a heck of a way to start the World Series.
LETS GO RANGERS!
Like a fool, I'm watching again tonight. We "fall back" tonight, so that helps. Deez, Jr. is in bed.
I'm a little worried about tonight. Montgomery isn't doing badly, but he's not dominating and isn't going to pitch deep into this game. They're wearing him down.
Kelly is nasty as hell. We are clueless up there, and we're not making him work very hard.
And just as I write this, Garver cranks one out. Lol
I suspect Monty's arm is tired from the grind the last 2 weeks..
