When to Enroll My Daughter in School?

Compelled to revisit- as I made mention of the potential disadvantages of physical stature. While I do believe this to be true I think that competing against older kids helps' raise the bar." Indeed in the RRISD district track meet she came in 6th in the mile and a half and 2nd in the mile. She is not the most physically gifted but she is mentally tough and determined. I think some of that probably has to do with being younger and adapting to being younger/weaker for much of her life.

What she said the other day was really funny. One of her friends from school told her "Don't change after you get to high school." She replied... " Well I might get a little bit nerdier taking all the AP classes." That to me shows a sense of self and sense of security. Now that may change dramatically in high school but I am thinking being youger and focusing on grades may play in her favor. Anyhow like I said it's a dice roll. But she is starting to think it might be cool to be young and out of graduate school and be about to turn 23.
