The Spurs played like garbage in the 3rd quarter and that is why they lost. But, it didn't help that the refs were ridiculously biased in favor of NO. Parker and especially Duncan were hacked again and again with no call in the 3rd. Meanwhile a touch, or even a look, were called against the Spurs guarding West or Paul. I think the fouls were like 11-2 in the quarter.
