What if it was not the Russians?

How ironic that the person who gleefully jumped onto Hornfans to feed the utterly debunked "Obama wiretap" conspiracy is the one saying "Lefties are more susceptible to being manipulated than little children".

:lmao:

One could argue this poster is the King of Hornfans for unfounded conspiracy theories.

You really are a jerk, you know it? You're here talking smack to Joe when you know he can't see you. I hate to tell you but the people who are saying there aren't any "wiretaps" are the same people(intelligence agencies) who are illegally leaking info in order to get Trump. If you want to trust them, be my guest.

Even further, the two who denied any evidence of surveillance (wiretaps) are the very ones who would be guilty of a crime if it was proven.

If the FBI had DT's campaign under surveillance, Comey would've had knowledge and be guilty of a crime. If the NSA did, Rodgers would be guilty of a crime.

It's not a stretch either of these guys would lie to protect their own arse over something that would likely never come to light unless they admitted it.

This is exactly why CIA Director Brennan lied to Congress last time. He was involved in illegally collecting data on U.S. citizens. Brennan thought there's no way the public would ever find out. So when asked he flat out lied. He only came clean after Snowden.

I have no doubt the FBI or NSA would believe they're protected and able to hide the truth if they did monitor DT's campaign.

The only ones making the claim are DT's team and half-cocked efforts by a few Reps in Congress. The MSM has zero desire. Why would intel ever believe they couldn't just deny and bury it.

To blindly accept their testimony and easily dismiss either Comey or Rogers may have just pulled a Brennan is ignoring what's at stake for those two if it is true.

Yesterday I was stuck at a salvage yard for an hour while I waited for them to pull my parts. They had the cable news channel on (channel 8?) and I found it not at all suprising that their crawl kept telling me there was no evidence that Trump was wiretapped but it never said there was no evidence that he colluded with Russia to rig the election.

Talking smack? I was merely pointing out the irony in said poster's statement. You know...the one that let Trump manipulate him into starting/feeding this thread.

You're saying it's not a crime if the FBI or NSA (with director authorization) were specifically and secretly (no warrant) surveilling DT and members of his campaign?

I'm saying the mere presence of surveillance wouldn't make those individuals guilty of a crime.

These are the types of folks accusing the rest of us of working for the Russians.

Proves Deezer's point that the fascist's true enemy are the communists.

If that's true, that is kinda low
But, at the same time, it is stereotype confirming behavior
We expect them to be sneaky and dirty and then they are sneaky and dirty
Personal attack is all they have

It's just Husker being Husker. You know how he is.

The Dem security firm that has been behind most of the Trump-Russia allegations, CrowdStrike, is now retracting its earlier statements and changing parts of its report.

DC can be such a cesspool .....

"WASHINGTON — U.S. cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike has revised and retracted statements it used to buttress claims of Russian hacking during last year's American presidential election campaign. The shift followed a VOA report that the company misrepresented data published by an influential British think tank....."

These people ......

In this one, one of Obama's Dep Assistant Sec Defs, Evelyn Farkas, accidentally admits on live TV that the Obama White House spied on Trump and his people

Low? What's low is continually defaming entire groups of people then getting personal when challenged on it. My initial post was simply pointing out the pot to the kettle. Not sure why Garmel took offense to that.

What's going on is there was FISA warrant on Russian banks working in Trump Tower. Kushner and others met with and likely spoke with these people on the phone. There's so much smoke that the truth will come out. The question is only how deep will it cut when the cutting starts. At some point, the Ryan/McConnell's of the world may see it as an opportunity to promote Pence, assuming he doesn't get rolled up into "this thing of ours". I mean there are some very ironic things. 1. There's ACTUALLY a guy named Boris (who apparently just got shitcanned)! 2. Flynn (the Lock Her Up!!! guy) not only was an unregistered agent of another government while acting as the NSC but he completely lied about discussing things with the Russkies. 3. Roger Stone not only communicated with Gucifer 2.0 but he actually bragged on the twitter about hacked data that was about to be released (what a dumbass). 4. Manafort, Page, et al.....Judas Priest!

If I'd just won an election that I knew there was at least a perception of Russian involvement I'd have a closed door meeting with all staff and we'd have marching orders to not talk to or see ANYONE with Russian ties for at least 6 months after 1/20. I'd let Vlad in on that as well. We would also not have Russian dressing around.

There is reasonable surveillance of foreign players in our country and of people under FISA (and other) warrants. Farkas was obviously talking about protecting that data. I didn't see anything untoward.

This is fantasy. This generation's 9-11 troofers.

Yet there is an active FBI investigation that may or may not net a connection. Compare that to the "Obama spied on Trump" thread in which Comey and Rogers have said it didn't happen but the advancement of that conspiracy theory continues. That may be more appropriate to link to "this generation's 9-11 troofers".

Think about the timing of this --

Nov 17 - NSA Director Rogers visits Trump Tower
Nov 18 - Transition activity was immediately packed up and moved out of Trump Tower, all the way out of state. Team Trump did their interviews of the sensitive positions -- Defense, State, CIA, ODNI -- at Trump National Golf Club. This was not accidental

As soon as they learned of this, Clapper and Carter quickly began to propagandize for Rogers to be fired. Were they angry they lost their surveillance on Team Trump?

Remember what Farkas disclosed --
the Trump folks – if they found out HOW we knew what we knew about their, the Trump staff, – that they would try to compromise those sources and methods; meaning we no longer have access to that intelligence.
