What if it was not the Russians?

Everybody, including journalists, were trying to get their hands on the Wikileaks info. It is not illegal to do so. The Stone indictment itself has nothing in there about collusion.

Chris Christie? You counter with Chris Christie? First, what the hell does he know about any of this? Why is he an expert? He is speaking about generalities about other cases that he has worked on, not this one.

Second, he isn't rich? A New Jersey attorney who was governor claims he isn't rich? Your honor the witness is unreliable.

Another example of someone, Christie, the Democrats and Liberals have loathed. Now, he is saying something those on the left like to hear, that a Trump advisor is in trouble, and by association they will get Trump. So, now Christie is someone they should listen to.

Christie may be ticked as well that Trump didn't pick him for AG.

Here Tucker Carlson deals with Michael Cohen

Cohen was supposedly Trump's most trusted and intimate fixer, but now he HATES him.

Under oath in live testimony, Cohen --
-- destroyed their Prague lie
-- destroyed their idea of blackmail leverage (hooker pee pee tapes) held by the Kremlin
-- says he NEVER heard or saw any attempts to conspire with Russia over the election
-- says he was NEVER told to lie to Congress

The silence from the rest of the media over these facts is deafening.

Yeah, but Cohen did lend credence to the fact that he paid off Stormy to keep quiet. Not sure what the implications of that are. Don't think most Americans really care either, unless they just want Trump gone.

Now we learn Cohen was shopping a book on how great Trump was weeks before he started saying what a bad man Trump is.

Yes, this should have been covered in testimony. I dont know if it was or not (since I didnt watch). But they should have -- the article exposing what was in the book draft was posted last Thurs

President Donald Trump is not crazy. Nor is he dumb or paranoid. Certainly he is not in over his head. Is he a liar? Nope. And he is not addicted to TV either.

Who says so? None other than Michael Cohen, the president's former lawyer and fixer who eviscerated Trump in three days of testimony before Congressional committees this week.

Cohen's comments were in a book proposal that the jail-bound disbarred attorney was shopping around in the weeks before the FBI raided his offices last year. DailyMail.com has reviewed a copy of that proposal.

At the time he had nothing but good things to say about his boss who had entered the White House a little more than a year earlier.

Cohen was pushing a book with the working title 'Trump Revolution: From The Tower to The White House, Understanding Donald J. Trump,' that he proposed to write.

He sent his book to several potential publishers last year, and one, Hachette, reportedly was willing to pay him three-quarters of a million dollars for his wise words....."

I think the book was mentioned BUT not the gist of it for some reason. Why the Republicans didn't I do not understand.
Cohen admitted he was shopping a book but turned down 750k for it.

Dershowitz on Stone indictments:

"This is typical of Mueller. He has found almost no crimes that occurred before he was appointed special counsel."

Dershowitz on Mueller move against Roger Stone: 'Trump is the target'

Ok think about it. This mueller investigation is much like cops and investigators breaking into your home looking for "possible crimes" to which to date no evidence exists. And, this investigation can lead to imprisonment of friends and coworkers.

Kind of scary if you ask me. I thought Stalin style regimes didn't exist here

In the USSR there were so many laws that everybody was guilty of breaking a couple without knowing it. That was the point, the authorities always had legal justification for calling you in. But they didn't as long as you went along with the Party.

Just reading this last page is hilarious.

:yippee:
No collusion by Trump or any of his campaign.
I guess it was NOT the Russians.

I don't follow your logic. Just because there wasn't collusion doesn't mean Russia didn't do anything.

The Russians have been trying to affect US politics for almost 100 years.

The New Deal was Stalin's Communist system repackaged for American consumption by FDR's braintrust.

The Red Scare in the 40s and 50s was real as there were Communists in high levels of the Democratic Party. Even Oliver Stone admitted as much in his HBO history special which tried to convince America that Harry Truman was too anti-USSR, that if only Harry Wallace who had ties to the USSR would have succeeded FDR, things would have been so much better.

Pretty sure the NKVD had even more going on until 1991.

They have definitely captured at least one member of this board.
