Yeah, but we have the dogs this year on the DL, and horses at LB, to minimize the damage.Did you guys see the same highlights I did? Milroe is pretty good. Good runners at qb always give us trouble.

I agree we are improved in the DL and LB. Hope it translates to a dominant performance in AL. I think it will be required to help the offense. Not sure bama has the "typical" Saban D but he is still the head coach so they will be prepared.Yeah, but we have the dogs this year on the DL, and horses at LB, to minimize the damage.
Yeah, I thought something was missing. I saw Kitan Crawford out there a lot. Completely forgot about Catalon.Anyone know Jalen catalon status. I don’t think he played against rice. We need his physicality against alabama. He is great against the run.
I’ll be happy with those stats on X, but I’m hoping Sark will get JWhitt involved often and early. He could be a difference maker for sure.Texas 24
Bama 20
First to 20 wins.
I think Quinn steps up the game here. Remember last year? Texas Front 7 is the difference maker, interior OL will need to be much better and Xavier might have a 13 catch, 2 TD game in him.
No doubt Texas has the weapons at the skill. Ewers will just needs to man up. It will also be fun to watch best on best with Texas tackles vs Bama DE's. Interior line is a worry. You guys are forgetting the offense can still score with quick passes to JWhit, Worthy, TE, and the RB. The OL doesn’t have to be stellar (needed for deeper throws).
I agree the quicker the play and quicker the ball is transferred from Ewers to a skilled player the better. Then, one out of 10 plays, look downfield on a deep throw.MC,
Were you at the game Saturday night? We have the tools (ok, the right side of the line is marsh mellow soft), but if he stares down the WR, doesn't find the wide open WRs and holds the ball too damn long, it doesn't matter.
I am sure we saw about 10% of the playbook Saturday night, but if the fundamentals are missing, it could be a long night.
