The Piggies will use the same tactics on D as Georgia did. But they don’t have anywhere near the same talent level as Georgia does. Plus, the Horns have had enough time, and have enough talent, to figure it out. Thus, the aggressive D will backfire and we will get a large number of explosive plays.

If we hadn’t experienced the butt kicking in ‘21 and if this were a night game I would be much more concerned. This one won’t be easy but I expect us to be focused and draw on past experience in Fayetteville to be ready. I expect it to be close for the first half but ultimately a 3 TD win when it’s all said and done.

Predictably, as soon as Texas joins the SEC!, winning games against SEC! teams who are not ranked now means Texas has played no one worthy of the #3 ranking. For a decade or so, the SEC! top teams have not had that knock against them.

If Texas doesn't doesn't come out spitting mad over that and dominate from the start, then it will be ugly. Really, no other reason this should be close.

BAOKLAHORN and another Horn Fan both from Tulsa went to FayetteNam for the game. Not sure if they stayed in town. He texted me he is there and fans are jacked up and very obnoxious early on.
