Borba. KGalvan draws a walk. Bases juiced for Borba.
Farmer got hailed out this time. Pop out. End of 7.Borba. K
It’s up to Farmer. Let’s bring in a bumper crop here Farmer.
Yeah. We’re actually leaving a lot of men on base—as much as we’re scoring.10 wins in a row. Still some stuff to work on. Offense is performing ok but scary thing is, there is still more to get out of this offense.
Grubbs or Volantis might be starting on Sundays in the near future.Fantastic job by the bats!
What a lineup!
Grubbs was solid. He inherited a big mess, mitigated the harm, and pitched scoreless ball in all of his innings through the Eighth.
Bing looked decent, until he didn’t……..
I think we’ll see more of this Saunier relief pitcher.
From what I’ve seen, the top 25% of the SEC batting lineups would light up McCreary and Rerick before they could touch Tumis. The only thing I can figure out is that he may be showing poor control in practice, or showing up late or something, or they’re injured but such injuries have not been disclosed (could be).Interestingly, thus far Coach and pitching coach seem to prefer hulking big men who can throw in the upper 90s (McCreary, Rerick) to leaner crafty wizards who can throw nearly unhittable breaking stuff (Tumis, Hudson Hamilton). Of course, both of the latter can hit the mid 90s. Maybe they’re showing lousy control in practice or something….?
