So why should coaches be allowed to bolt whenever?

Exactly. To whom more is given, more is required from. Great power and great responsibility, etc.

Defensive players are at some disadvantage when the offensive player already sees DP coming in so he then lowers his head that often instigates the 'targeting' call.

Yep. Or when they actually hit the shoulder or chest, but they did it really hard. Or when multiple players collide which knocks everyone off-course and helmets ram together as a result of that.

coaches leave according to their contracts...
1) list of schools they can go to
2) promotion from OC to head coach
3) buyouts that cost them money

i'm not going to re-describe why a socialist perspective on work contracts/college scholarships/etc all being lumped into one is not necessarily right, while it might seem fair to some.
