Trump Administration Accomplishments

I think this is dead on. There is no way that China goes from being a backwater agrarian society to the top superpower without A LOT of inside help from our own economic and political elite knowing and even actively contributing that move. Even as it has become more and more obvious in the last 15 years that they have no intention of playing fair, and likely every intention of trying to steal everything within the 9 dashes and Taiwan.

Illegal immigration is our internal existential crisis, but China is our external one.

We are not likely to be successful bringing all our manufacturing back to the US but we can do lots of stuff to get that manufacturing to move from China to South and Central America.

China no doubt doesn't play fair. But we need to understand fundamentals.

1) China was very underdeveloped but with a huge amount of human capital available
2) In the 1970s China introduced a slight amount of libertarian or free market economics
3) China started growing their economy organically for a couple of decades
4) China also subsidized electrical and construction industries to make their economy look way better than it is.
5) US politicians also facilitated moving American manufacturing to China to help their growth, elites helping elites.
6) The key is for the US government to quit giving our economy to China. We have to keep US elites from giving China elites unfair deals
7) Once the US elite class stops working with China, the problems go away
8) Americans should be more concerned with the US government and elite class than China.

You're actually both essentially right.

This is stupid Al Shabaab hasn't ever been a threat to any American. In fact, it was the US government that introduced Al Qaeda aligned forces into Somalia that became Al Shabaab. It's really a stupid thing our government does over and over, but they get away with it because politicians use tough talk in the media. If our politicians really don't want Al Qaeda active then they should stop funding them. Syria was over thrown by US backed Al Qaeda aligned troops.

It’s because they’re idiots. They aren’t smart like the NGO grifters in DC who collect money for years while doing nothing or quietly undermining the system. Instead, they get killed because they made their funders look bad. How hard is this to understand? SMH.
