Suspended for sneaking out of hotel last night. Jimbo has lost the hotel.
Supposedly one was Denver Harris, the moron that was driving his sports car 50 mph in the parking garage the other day.

The fact that kid is even on the team tells you all you need to know about Jimbo. That kid is headed for jail or worse.

The idiot demoted his OC before the season started, coach that has forgotten more OC than Jimbo will ever know. Doesn't matter who the OC is, if Jimbo continuously interferes with play calling and the offense, the results will be the same.

Does the SEC give a BIG trophy for finishing 6th in SEC West?

If forgot they pussed out of that Wake Forest bowl game last year because they knew they were going to lose. PF said their schedule was going to get a lot easier after the Bama loss which will leave them 3-3.

Based on what I saw yesterday, I'm not so sure. Here's the rest of their schedule:
@South Carolina - tossup
Ole Miss - L
Florida - toss up
@Auburn - tossup
UMASS - W
LSU - tossup

Let's say they go 3-1 in the tossup games thats two more losses for sure leaving them 8-5 on the year probably more like 7-6. That $10 mil pile of crap must smell good in aggyland.
 
I know it's fun to make fun of the Aggies..but hiring the right coach is hard. I thought Nebraka with Scott Frodt and Wisconsin with Paul Cryst..made brilliant coaching choices. Both those guys lost jobs this season.

Basically no one is allowed to have a long-term plan. Immediate results are seen at other places, and that sets the bar extremely high.

I don't think Fisher is a bad coach. I think the backlash from the Winston scandals and the "Lamar Jackson game" did him in as a recruiter in Tallahassee, and he mailed in that final season much like Mack mailed in his final 4 seasons at Texas. He took a ragtag lineup to the Orange Bowl in the Covid year.

I do, however, think that the A&M fanbase should have tempered expectations for 2022. Big coach contract and #1 recruiting class don't mean **** if you have to play 20 true freshmen, which they did Saturday. Building with defense is a good plan but they're going to need to calm down a bit. Plus, Fisher's buyout is literally the rest of his contract, which still hovers around $80MM.

The Aggies had the number one recruiting class this year and the old saying is that you lose one game for every freshman you start. So they should lose 20 games this year? Next year they will be more experienced but this year could be an absolute nightmare, just as ours might still be. More likely for them for sure.

Connor Weigman is a spectacularly good freshman qb. Watch some of his highlight reels on YouTube. He may be starting this year before the bloodshed is over. Another embarrassing loss and that is likely.

I lurk at Texags (they permanently banned me a few years ago) and the meltdown over there is pretty bad even for them. One guy proposed they leave the SEC for the Big 10. Really. Getting rid of Jimbo is a popular subject of course. Firing all the other coaches seems kind of popular. They have their stab in the back mythology---the SEC was not supposed to let us in.

And they are back to calling Finebaum a Saban robot. I expect a lot of people on this board will be saying that in a few years when he points out some defect in our routine----a defect that will have been discussed on this board already. If you aint a homer for my team, you are a rotten scum eating homer for the other guy.

Playing 20 true freshman gives Jimbo and their fan base a built in excuse of how young they are, how much experience they gained by playing early, and how bright the future looks.

Isn’t this year 5 for jimbo? If they’re having to play all these true freshman, why? We’re his previous recruiting classes that bad?
 
This is basically aggy since they joined the SEC (from Texags):

A&M is 7-5 since beating Alabama last year

and 2 of those wins are against Prairie View and Sam Houston
