Time to talk Oklahoma State

You might even recall that 2015 loss, which may have been the worst officiated game in the history of all sports

This was a travesty. What do you guys make of it? Any plausible explanations?
You'd think someone would have reviewed that game and it would have warranted some kind of response or action...I mean, in a just, civil, fair and reasonable entity? It was inexplicable by any reasonable and just measurement. Theories?

No explanation necessary. "It is sour grapes from fans of the losing team" - Walt Anderson.

The guy was not a competent football official but WAS a member of Anderson's dental mafia, that included a dentist from Colorado Springs (first big game was 45-35), a dentist from California, a software salesman specializing in dental from Omaha, an accountant from Atlanta who was the CFO of a company specializing in financing dental equipment.

Are we seeing a pattern?

Lest you forget, Anderson was hired by Donnie Duncan, and we all know who and what Duncan was and why he "retired", doing exactly what I told Deloss he would do when the Big XII hired him.

I don’t know who or what Donnie Duncan was or why he retired.
Also incompetence doesn’t really explain away the reffing in that game. Normally I am one not to attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence but..,

I am sure I am in need of some context to understand your post.

No riddle, Donnie Duncan was fired from Head of Football by the Big XII for "supposedly" taking illegal inducements. That was well documented in the media.

Before that, he was the OU AD that hired Howard "I don't give a **** how much money you give to the school or how many buildings have your family's name on them, no scotch in the house, no scholarship" Schnellenberger. (the part in quotation marks should be read only after you are **** faced drunk)

There's more including his dealings with Barry & Bill.

In 3 games so far, we have 15 penalties for 139 yds.

But in the Big 12 Title Game alone, we were flagged 13 times for 130 yds

I am sure its is all just coincidence

"Sour grapes by the losing team" - reply of Walt Anderson to my rant following the 45-35 game when he placed DENTIST from Colorado Springs to referee his first major college game.

My reply, "Dumbass, last time I checked 45 is more than 35, but perhaps your education from that academic giant Sam Houston State taught you differently"

Nebraska finally got their revenge

When do we get our revenge on Donnie Duncan for choosing Anderson rather than the more qualified and respected Ken Faulkner?

Lorenzo Joe is now an offensive quality control coach at Okie St.
He was actually starting for us the last time OSU was here.

Not only does Okie St own a 4-game win streak against us overall but they have a 5-game win streak at DKR?
Which also means (I think), as an opposing coach, Gundy owns the longest win streak of any opponent in Austin in the history of Texas football.

On the other hand, we once had a 12-game win streak against them. And, they only have 9 wins against us all-time.

And the last time we beat them, Gundy's hair looked like this

Quick, someone kidnap Gundy and chop off his hair.

Play-for-play, Mitchell has been playing as well as any LB on the team. He has that burst of acceleration and a good nose for the ball.

And remember, a lot of praise came out of camp on him. One thing I love about our coaching staff is they dont pump alot of fluff. Reports look to be accurate on this guy, too.

What we need is one or two guys to take it up a notch in the secondary with Foster out.
Josh Thompson, Brandon, The Wolf, and at least one corner.....a couple of these guys need to go next level for us right now.

JF great footage as always.
I didn’t like Charlie for the way he implied Mack was to blame for everything, but my goodness what a shame this game was.
Looks like dialogue from “Remember the Titans” on the sideline with Charlie.
The ref that bumped him should have been called out, and investigated. Watching it again looked like some 1960’s crap.
Absolutely unbelievable
