When was the last time Texas got "3 caps" between the Under Armor and Army All-American games? Did the Horns ever?

That is one 5-star and six 4-stars in a row for Charlie.

As of this weekend, this group is all in.... Wow!!

As I recall, Cecil Cherry got on board early and waved the rest to get on board.... lot of them were here for that visit during WVA weekend. Cherry really wanted to do something special. He did

If you missed it and have it on DVR or can record a replay of it... Irvin gets his hands on a punt in the first series exchange.

Watch the move he makes as he starts getting into traffic. It's not so much a juke as it is a juke plus an attitude that he's going to roll like a train and run downhill through, over, around.. .whatever it takes. And fast.

If his HS game tapes are any indication, Irvin could be a very exciting addition to our return game.

Seeing the picture Dionysus posted, what immediately came to my mind was Eric Metcalf. The Mr. #2.

Mykkele Thomson is gone and the jersey is available, I think. I hope the dude wears #2 and starts returning kicks just like Eric Metcalf. We needed this guy for returns. He is great. Playmaker.

Watching his highlights video reminds me of Wes Welker and Darren Sproles. I know Irvin is listed as a safety, but man there are offensive uses for his compact powerful frame, change of direction, balance and ability to get through and around opponents.

Of course, I REALLY like the idea of a safety who gets his hands on the ball a lot.

I know this sounds nuts, and it probably is, but I haven't seen moves like that at DKR since Metcalf played here.

^^^ What is unclassy about Tim Irvin's father? [You are not talking of his dad's cousin Michael Irvin, are you?]
