This is the same guy who basically said Michael Flynn committed treason for talking to world leaders on behalf of the incoming president during the transition.

Since Obama stated a testable hypotheses, the White House analytics team decided to take a look at his claim^

This is good and worth the time (8m+), esp if you like economic numbers and/or to know what is happening with our current economy
 
I have to wonder why Trump did this. I also wonder if Trump haters will feel differently about him or just conclude that this shows he is part of the swamp too.

I lean towards making a deal with Assange. I want to know what he knows (although the court stunt by his atty was not impressive).

Court theatrics aside, I think we should seriously consider giving him an immunity deal. Get everything he knows out plus have him act as a cybersecurity expert for us. Have him explain to all the different parts of our Govt how to best protect itself -- civilian, military plus all vulnerable infrastructure and databases. From both hackers and leakers. This would both let freedom of the press be upheld while improving nat sec at the same time. Call it a win-win. Move on.
