yeah, the wind can be fickle, however, i think it is to Texas' advantage when the wind is blowing in...we may get 'robbed' on a hit or two that may have gone out, but in the end, the wind blowing in is good for smallball and Texas...
Ump's strike zone is all over the place. On the first strikeout by Tucker, the last pitch was a strike. The last strikeout, the last pitch was really generous. Same thing with the first pitch to Belt.
Tucker has looked at that outside curveball twice...he probably couldnt have done anything with either one, but he needs to foul it off, and live to fight another day.
Belt draws a walk, we are making this guy throw a lot of pitches though.
Ump is giving the outside strike...on both sides of the plate.
I have no problem with warning someone if they are close to balking but still legal. Each ump views is differently, the ump probably said that's the line, anything quicker, and he'll have to call a balk.
If the kid balked in the umps mind, and he let it slide with a warning, then I have a problem with it.
another walk drawn by taking the count deep...Let's keep this game plan up, and making him throw pitches, as he has proven to walk his fair share (3-4 already?)
