Texas vs. Texas Tech game thread

Would have been great coverage if only he had remembered to turn around. Story of our season on defense. Well, when we've been close enough for not turning around vs turning around to matter in the first place.

The db coach needs to go. No improvement on technique/finding the ball at all this year. What the hell has he been coaching them to do all year.

See..If we had thrown the damn ball last possession Tech wouldn't have had the short field to score their last TD...

They keep talking about Duvernay speed but they should also be talking about Duvernay hands.... First round pick in my opinion

That was a great read by Sam on 3rd and short. He knew we could get the first down. Shame the coaches don't see things like that on 4th and short from the 2 or whatever.

Looks like Tom turning Sam loose and saying just play is paying dividends. He's looked uptight for weeks now...all the way back to OU.
Not today. He's letting it rip and playing loose.. running and throwing.
Me likey

Correct me f I’m wrong but Beck is gone and not calling plays? TH must be doing that. Quicker throws, more slants over the middle, more deep shots, and we’re more committed to the run game today.

Herman was protecting him all year, which is stupid. Sam is not good when he can't be Sam.
