Texas vs OU, game 1

Really? We have players to spell for injuries or foul troubles? Where are they? Injured. Say what you want.

We have a pre-season all Big 12 freshman of the year pick sitting on the bench with an injury. Is it her fault? Is it Coach's fault? NO. "Floating the injury excuse"....please. Hate the coaches all you want. Hate the players all you want.

It is what it is.

I wish some of you could talk to my former players so they could tell you how much I hate excuses and the fact that I tell them from the first day they step into my gym that none will ever be made. But I also make a point to tell them that "it is what it is, and there are some things in life that you just cant control. All you can do is deal with it and move on" And thats what is happening here. Go back and watch the replay of the OU game for example, Everytime Cokie was in the game she made an immediate impact and sparked a run as OU had no answer for her. Not being able to have her on the floor REALLY hurt us. But again, it is what it is. I just dont want to hear people say that injuries dont play a MAJOR role in W/L's.
