Really sad about the way season ended but excited for the future of our team. With Emma, Averi, Ella, Marianna, Ayden, Devin and all the redshirts plus Ladies coming back from injury, Coach will have a nice team to build around. Initially our experienced pins will probably come from that red shirt group because our future surely is Abby Vander Wal, Taylor Harvey, Macaria Spears, Callie Krueger, Addison Gaido and the young Lady from the 2026 class Henley Anderson. Should be a very exciting time for us on the Forty.

Not disagreeing with any of your picks there but I want more Swindle. In fact I’d really like to know how she got demoted so drastically.

Unlike the last 2 off seasons Im seeing multiple portal hits. Swindle among them. The way coach talked about Carlson in the post game press conferance I think leaves mo doubt she will be the starting S next year.
We'll also be doing some shopping for a DS and an experienced OH.

Coach has never played favorites. Has never been afraid of benching anyone. The setter position will be no different. The best and most qualified will play.
IMO..Ella possesses the size and skills he would like at that position.

We were very inexperienced in the middle this year - hopefully this year the middles were able to gain the experience necessary to be much stronger in that position for next season - especially defensively

Nothing wrong with Wenaas. She was a good Robin to Skinner's Batman. This whole Setter situation caused a lot of disruption this year.
All 3 OH's were "somebody" in their respective states. Too bad they never got any court time.

Keep an eye on Bunton and Miller going forward. It's a cruel business.

We'll be shopping for 2 experienced OH's in the portal.
