Walla K's to lead off, followed by quick ground out for 2 down.

Rupp got a 2 out single but ground out ends inning with him stranded on base.

Through 0.5 0-0.

Cant really do updates between work matters but tech gets two out HR to take 1-0 lead in bottom of first.

gawd i realize its the first inning, but do any of our pitchers want to pitch? jungmann just gives up a dinger to lf.

next batter continues the two out hits with a bunt single.

And next batter with a single up the middle, runner moves up to third. their hitting it quicker than i can type the damn updates. Come on Taylor.

next batter pops up to shephard at first and the Horns out of the 1st down 0-1.

Horrible bunt by Lusson, popped up to 1st base. 1 down.

Loy with a soft single to 2B who couldn't make the play. Horns at 1st and 2nd one down.

Rowe with shot to RF who catches it, on first pitch.

Etier K's swinging on 1-2 pitch.

Horns leave 2 on in Top of 2nd, going to B2 down 0-1.

Keyes with a leadoff single to start second.

Tech was the one team this year that really got to Taylor but that was a windy night in Lubbock. lets hope he settles down after a rough first inning.

Shallow pop up to Center, Rowe with the out.

K swinging for the second out.

Another pop up to Shephard at first to end the inning.

Taylor and the Horns with a good 1-2-3 inning.

Going to the 3d, Horns down 0-1.

Horns have the 1-2-3 batters this inning, leading off with Walla

Walla with a shot to 1B who lets it bounce off his glove then can't find it. Walla safe at 1B.

Tant get the bunt down, then strikes out looking at a nice fastball on the corner.

Rupp with a liner into RF for a single, Walla moves to third. Horns at 1st and 3rd. Lets go Horns!

Grounder to 1B who throws it ****** to 2B but gets the out. SS can't get a quick enough throw to 1st. Walla scores with Moldy at 1B.

Keyes with grounder to 3B, who goes 6-3 to end the inning.

Horns leave another runner but do tie it up 1-1 going to the B3.

Watched that one go right down the center of the plate for a K.

Nice hit to get runners on the corners, that would be a run if the bunt had gotten down.

Horns should have hit into an inning ending DP but get lucky with bad throw to second which affected throw back first making it not in time so Tech only gets lead runner. 1-1

Keyes grounds out to end inning.

Through 2.5 now tied 1-1.

Jungmann had first batter 0-2 and winds up walking him.

Jungmann goes to 3-1 but gets a fly out to rf. 1 down

Another fly out to CF, Rowe had a run in quite a bit as it died pretty quickly. 2 down

Shot to the RF corner. Keyes did a good job of cutting it off, saving the runner from scoring. Runners on 2nd and 3rd 2 outs.

Great diving snag by Shephard who throws it to Taylor at 1st for the final out. Tant has made the final out in all three innings so far.

Horns still tied 1-1 going to the 4th.

Lusson with a shot to 2nd who makes a great play to snag it and throw him out at 1st.

Weymouth first pitch hit to 2nd who makes the play again.

Quickly Horns with 2 outs. Still poor hitting overall by the Horns.

Horrible, half hearted swing on third strike and Horns go down 1-2-3. We're playing just like we did yesterday in my view.

Next batter with single into CF, runner on 1st. Gunned down by Rupp while trying to steal 2nd.

Last batter K's, Taylor's 2nd of the day.

Horns wind up getting them 1-2-3, going to the 5th still tied 1-1.
