FInal Kent State 7 Texas 5. Texas faces Texas State in elimination game. Baylor beat Rice 3 to 2 and Aggies are winning. OU, Okla State and K. State already eliminated.
 
Pathetic! Only words to desribe this game. If you can't beat Kent F'n St....we don't deserve to go to Omaha this year. Pitching and defense can only take you so far if you can't hit the F'n ball.
 
I agree if you cannot beat Texas State or Kent State you are not good enough to go to Omaha and right now this Club does not look good enough but Texas will hopefully go down fighting.
 
We'll probably win a double header tomorrow and then lose Monday. Our offense was beyond bad this year. We don't have enough depth at pitcher to overcome a pathetic offensive ball club.
 
Don't give me that 5 runs should win a ball game bull ****! We should be dominating a 3 seed in our regional by scoring 10 or more runs.
 
Not going to score 10 runs on Kent State which has era of 2.54. Give some credit to Kent State and Texas State, they are good teams about on the level with Texas.
 
After seeing so many National Championship and runner up teams at Texas, you can usually tell after the first month or so if the team has what those teams had. It was pretty obvious that this team didn't have it at the plate, so this is no surprise. It has been obvious all season that we would struggle in the NCAAs when faced with good pitching every night. Great teams have clutch hitting. Thats what aggy has shown more recently compared to Texas.
