There was nothing egregious about the calls, but there were several times that UConn was driving and our guy would stay in front and cut them off and then get called for a phantom "block" when the player tried to turn the corner - from middle school to the NBA those calls have never made sense even though most refs call it. Part of the point of playing defense is to use your body to "block" the other player from getting closer to the basket. It's not a foul to slide to the side and get bumped into when the guy changes direction to head more towards the hoop even though he hasn't completely gotten past you or around you.
