I don't think Mississippi State fans will have "embracing" anybody on their minds. This a game that Texas could lose if they don't come out on fire. Mississippi State has every incentive to win: Vic leaving, playing at home, winning against No. 1 team, etc. Texas really needs to right the ship on the offensive side of things.

I would love for this game not to be a nail biter. I’m not taking the Florida game for granted but tonight feels like the last hurdle to the regular season championship. Mississippi St will be motivated hosting #1 no doubt. I’m glad it’s at 6:30 because waiting until 8pm won’t calm my nerves any lol

I feel like Vic will get a warm welcome at The Hump those fans appreciate what he did for that program.

I feel like we knocked the rust off last game. Also, the leaders on our team love Vic and Blair... they understand what it means to them. There were some really sh*tty things said about Vic and Blair both on their Hailstate.com message boards when they left. I remember the remarks well.
