Texas at Stanford March 7-10

Losing my cockiness as I just realized that we only scored in one inning this game.

After listening to these freshmen broadcast majors tonight, I'll never say a discouraging word about Lowell Galindo ever again. I promise.

If it wasn’t for brain farts and fielding errors, this team would be undefeated

These guys were lame, but it makes me think back to those student radio announcers for Quinnipiac in that regional we hosted years ago ("Hook ‘em high, like an eagle soars!"). Those guys were awesome, wonder what ever happened to them.

Don't know 'bout y'all but after that sweet vicktree over Tree last night, I'm feeling ESPECIALLY cocky & relaxed today... even a little frisky!!!

:beertoast:

Maybe this guy, a Cardinal of a different species, is doing graduate work out west and is doing the Tree baseball play by play?

Of course he's of the legendary "He gets it, passes it to the man and ..... boom goes the dynamite", classic sports report (about 2:28 on this clip).

Supposed to be in high 40s and strong winds. Not sure how much the winds affect the ball in that sunken field.

Attire for this evening’s event is cocky and relaxed

Will this work?

Did Walt Anderson & Walleye Burkes hand pick these umps?

Guy out at second by 2-3 feet & called safe. Homeplate ump really squeezing us tight.

Enjoy making your wife happy. Feed is sporadic at best, but good enough to see 4-5 misplayed fly balls, WP, walks, misplayed balls by infield. My ten year old team played better.

Stream keeps timing out. Why is LHN not carrying this game?

Horns were down 7 - 1 when i last I checked ... not sure the inning.
