Gotta tell you guys and gals, I trust the man with any call he makes. Whatever his reasoning was with the two-strike bunt call, he had it. Kinda like green lighting Majewski to swing with a 3-0 count against Stanford in Omaha - that one just jumps to mind. Obviously this one didn't work, but pissing and moaning about anything Augie does - I don't know, I just don't get it.

Good grief, if you played 2 innings short of a triple header yesterday, your bat would be pretty dead too. We're losing this game because we played seven hours and three minutes yesterday. Give the team a chance to rest and be thankfull we won yesterday and avoided the elimination game today. This team WILL get the job done tomorrow.
