I don’t think we will see a “cure” for cancer — meaning wide scale eradication of the disease — but maybe new “treatments” that will generate many billions of dollars for the medical-industrial complex.

I’m cynical but curing a highly profitable condition is not a business model any company wants. If a true cure were to be found it would almost certainly be suppressed or discredited somehow to keep the revenues flowing.

The cancer treatment industry is simply too massive to ignore.
It may be cynical but it is reality.

Meanwhile all the firefighters with all the protective equipment and water look around at each other trying to figure out what to do. Good for him going to get his dog (applause!!), but it was clear if something would have gone wrong he would have died.
