'Take these son of ******* out'

Well then golly gee Gomer, I need to stop reading between the lines, sure wish I went to some top level college back east so I could understand when someone threatens me and calls me an SOB.

is Hoffa this stupid?"They’re the ones that introduced right to work in 14 states, and went after public employee bargaining rights in both Wisconsin and Ohio. "

Hey Hoffa, how are things working our for Wisc school districts since Walker did away with CBA?
Hoffa should have checked before he said anything.
here are a few examples:
Kaukana ISD went from a 400k deficit to a 1.5 million.

Heartland Lakeside School District, has gone from spending $2.5 million a year in health insurance down to $1.8 million, giving them over $700,000 to put towards education and teachers salaries.
Recently, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel noted that under Walker’s plan to require greater health-care and pension contributions from government employees, the City of Milwaukee actually comes out $11 million ahead

In Appleton, the collective-bargaining reforms allowed the school district there to save $3 million by bidding for health care on the open market. Previously, the district had been required to purchase health insurance from WEA Trust, which is affiliated with the state’s largest teachers’ union.

and maybe most telling:

When the Appleton School District put their health-insurance contract up for bid, WEA Trust magically lowered their rates, saying they would match any competitor’s price — a sign they had been fleecing local taxpayers for years.

Dems can't be so stupid as to think non union people don't know what is going on can they? Hoffa apparently thinks people believe his lies.

I thought transparency was a good thing.

P.S. That is a kid btw, for all those who want to act like all of a sudden, the country has been rid of prejudice and bigotry.

Speaking of violence, here's one:

I'd be honored to be called an SOB by the teamsters president and/or any other leftist liberal in any type of leadership position. It would serve as a reaffirmation that they utterly despise me and anything I stand for. That, in and of itself, is an indication that I must be doing something right. I would hate for someone to mistake me as a supporter of liberal causes.

I'm with Hoffa on this one. There's no question he was talking about ousting the GOP from office, not killing them. It was inflammatory, but it was nothing more than political speech, not an actual call for violence.

I thought it was stupid when the Left tried to pin Gabrielle Giffords' attack on Sarah Palin. The Right is dumb to try to do the same thing to Hoffa. Gotta be consistent (even if the Left is not).

Teamsters may be capable of violence but, I think he meant ousting them in an election. That's fine. No need to overreact like so many did with the Palin-Giffords situation. It, too, should have been a non-issue.

Roger, go back and reread my previous post. I said that Obama gets credit for his gutsy call on OBL - it was a good decision (one of the very few good decisions he has made as POTUS).

I don't think the comparison of Obama to a monkey was made. If you do, so be it.

I think Hoffa was calling me a son of a ***** and encouraging people to "take me out". If you don't, so be it.

Interpretation is a personal thing.

"Of course, I may have a different idea as to who the real sons of ******* in amerikan politics are..."

Shouldn't be hard to figure out, they're mostly hypocrits and bigots.

Latecomer to the thread, but watching the video tonight of this speech, it was generally harmless. [Secret message to the conservatives: just because liberals are overreactive and ridiculous, don't play that game. I do not agree to political correctness. A speech saying "we're gonna take those SOBs out" is just normal hot air. We are not "offended."]
