Billings and Canada with 20 pts each. 10 made FTs each accounted for half of their pts. Didn't shoot well from the field otherwise with Billings 5-12 and Canada 5-16.

Imani ended up with a double double (18 pts, 10 rebs) with Brooke adding 15 pts and Ariel 16 pts. Our bench added 15 pts (6 each from Kelsey and LaShann).

FTs: UCLA 24-32; Texas 15-20. both hit 75%.

The difference in the second half was that Imani played really well and the defense that Lashann played on Canada was great. Also, Coach Aston did a great job coaching in the second half and mixed in some zone.

Great effort and it sure felt like the calls went UCLA's way the whole game, so kudos to the players thru that added diversity. I saw frustration, but they played through it.
