Point taken. Just will believe the hype when it becomes reality. Johnathan gray soured me on “unbelievable” numbers in high school. Believe Oklahoma got a texas small school 5 star running back that never panned out. Malcolm brown was as good as advertised but turf toe was his downfall at texas. Gray couldn’t break an arm tackle.

Better ditch Whittington, Benson and Earl then because they were great in high school.

But HS is definitely not College. But all recruits are initially judged on HS performances.
 
Bijan out of control. Both teams were undefeated going into the game:



After the game, one of the CDO coaches tells Bijan how much he is going to enjoy watching him play on Saturday afternoons. He is not the only one.

yes Whittington. He has sports hernia issues. Hopefully he'll have significant playing time before his tenure is done at Texas. Don't put him in the same sentence with Earl and Cedric (or Ricky).
 
Updated comments on possible games for Bijan and Salpointe and what Bijan needs to own the all time AZ big school (4A-6A) rushing and touchdown records:

 
Salpointe vs. Catalina is Salpointe 42-0 at the half. Bijan may not play any more in this game.

Bijan has 4 TD, Ransom has 2 on passes from newly installed last week QB.

Looks like Bijan made one more rushing TD and sat out the rest of the game. Final 49-0.

Ya know, I can see Bijan and a bunch of his football buddies sitting around watching our game and his best bud looks at him and says “that’s where you’re going?”. Scares me about any and all of the non-orange blood recruits.

Hahaha, probably true. But so is what I said. I’m just a bit despondent about the state of affairs.
 
Bijan and his buddies could be thinking "what if 5 of our defensive starters on our team went down to injury"? We'd take a big hit (as a team)…..

Well, negative speculation will only get you so far. aOSU Bucknuts are certain Bijan will transfer because Texas had two recruiting decommitments.

It is true negative speculation, they are also pretty sure that he will go to USC because his parents put so much pressure on him to play near home. Crazy speculation out there if you look for it. BON is on meltdown and wants mobs with torches to burn Memorial stadium to the ground.

Salpointe won 76-0. I hope to find game stats soon One opposing team never released them this year. Casa Grande is wonless, so playoffs will reveal more, especially if they match up with Suguaro, Kelee Ringo's team.

In 4 seasons so far Bijan has played in 44 games, his all purpose yds are: 6775 yds rushing 687 yds receiving 434 KO return yds 134 punt return yds 8030 total yds and a 182.5 yds per game average. He has fumbled 9 times with 5 fumbles lost.
 
Bijan had his lowest production with 5 carries for 87 yards against a win less team I doubt he played beyond the 1st quarter because 3rd teamers were being sent in before the half.

Next big test comes against Pinnacle on the 16th of November in Salpointe's first playoff game.
