My daughter made excellent grades in high school and excelled at soccer. She played high level Division I soccer at a club in Houston. She also received a full scholarship (of which she just completed her second year of playing under) from a Division I school in North Carolina. The scholarship also includes out-of-state tuition. She got this opportunity because she worked her butt off and we also read to her. It just goes to show, you get what you work for . . .
