Wow, except for the first few minutes of the second half, we looked really sharp all evening. Loved it! We're bound for the Final Four if we keep playing like this.

Considering the venue, it was an amazing victory. We could as easily have lost by 15 with a cold night shooting in a barn. Correction, make than an American Airline maintenance hanger.

Give the team credit for adjusting. Somehow they went into a zone and blocked out the visual absurdity. I was prepared for a loss and would have lived with it given the arena. This is one NCAA I am not surprised if a team wins or loses by 30. Either way.

The turning point seemed to be when they started doubling Lopez whenever he got the ball. Really proud of Dexter and Clint for stepping up.

One would think that a 2/3 matchup would be closer than 20 points. Straight up DOMINATION by Texas from the outside and mid-range. The size differential definately hurt in the rebounding area, but that was kind of to be expected.

The zone defense and doubling down on Brook Lopez was really the key to this win. Even though he got his, he and his brother had to make contested shots all night long.

Before the tournament I was thinking the elite eight would be very good. Now I really think we have a shot at the whole enchilada.
