This story is amazing. Dude is a really ordinary guy who as he explained got caught up with some bad people when he was younger and even considered suicide. He was at the right place at right time to save these kids from house fire. a great segment
even the part where this really ordinary man understands Trump. Worth a watch

Interesting indeed. Makes me wonder cause my son does regular fasts and is always asking me to also. My dr however has said not a good idea at my age. Ha, easy out for me but this is sure intriguing.

My wife does intermittent fasting and swears by it. I’m actually fasting today. I can do 24 hours easily, but I’m shooting for 36. Not sure I have the discipline though.
