Clark's teams have been mediocre or worse for several seasons with no repercussions.

I would like to think that the recent coaching changes reflect "big donor" and higher administration dissatisfaction with minor sport underperformance especially considering how well ATM and Baylor have done in them. I will believe that when I see it. The new women's swimming coach hire seems solid, but so did the last one - both from SEC championship quality programs.

'Horns in a bit of trouble in the top of 6th. Fox walks the 1st two batters. SAC bunt moves them up and one scores on SAC fly. Then, with 2 outs, Fox attempts to field a bunt and makes a wild throw to 1st, allowing another run to score. It's now 4-3 Horns, with 2 outs, baserunner at 2nd, and Luna coming in to pitch.

Luna retires the batter she faces on 3 pitches. Headed to the bottom of 6 with 'Horns now clinging to a 1-run lead.

'Horns get a baserunner with two outs in the bottom the 6th, but can't get her home. It's on to the 7th. 'Horns lead 4-3. 3 outs away from wrapping up the series.

Congratulations. This is one erratic team during the past few weeks. Too bad mens golf couldn't clutch it out today for a Sunday sweep. Much better day today than Friday.
